A Snellville man charged with kidnapping an Atlanta stripper, driving her to Tennessee and raping her will likely not face federal charges, the FBI said Thursday. David Joseph Jansen, 46, was arrested last week in Sevier County, Tenn. on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape. Although Jansen's alleged crimes could have violated federal laws, the FBI is not investigating.
