The wife of the man accused of raping a woman he abducted filed for divorce. Christy Jansen of Snellville filed for divorce against David Joseph Jansen in Gwinnett County Superior Court on Friday. The Jansens have been married nearly 25 years. David Jansen, 46, was arrested late Tuesday night after police say he abducted a woman, drove her to a remote Tennessee cabin and raped her.
